Personally I'd go an important place in franklin,called Barrio Huemul is a beatiful place where you can visit a old theatre in construction like a cultural center. Also you can visit a typical old renovated home.
Cajon del Maipo:
You should definitely visit cajon del maipo is a beatiful place and very lost in santiago and if you need stay away from the noise.
Plaza Brazil:
I'd recommend visiting the square brazil,the bohemia is the owner to the street.In this square you will find various bars,also find the theater victor jara in this place are different musical events and you can always find people the all ages.
Mall:
I wouldn't visit malls because the places are always full.
